Independent Medical Evaluations are the basis our medical activities.
The Occupational Health Services Institute (OHSI), provides a comprehensive range of occupational and
environmental health services to businesses, unions, local state and federal governmental agencies,
community organizations and individuals.

While we take a universal approach to improving, promoting, and maintaining the health of workers and communities,
we devote special attention to the problems of individual workers, the specific occupational and environmental safety and
health needs of our region, and to the development of innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to addressing these needs.

Our physicians are internists and family practitioners, all board certified in occupational medicine,
with over 30 years of experience in providing services for the public and private sectors.
Independent Medical Evaluations are provided by our physicians with over 30 years experience evaluating musculoskeletal,
respiratory, cardiac, neurologic and mental health disabilities.

We are conveniently located at the University of Illinois Medical Center
at 835 S. Wolcott in Room E144 Chicago, IL 60612.

Parking is available at the Wood Street Parking Structure between Grenshaw and Taylor Streets.
