The IPPFA Remembrance & Survivors Fund was created in 2003 by its sister organization, The Illinois Public Fund Association ("IPPFA"), a statewide organization that provides assistance to nearly 500 of the 655 police and firefighter pension funds throughout Illinois.
The IPPFA Remembrance & Survivors Fund was established for the purpose of providing financial support to the families of Illinois police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty. To date, we have provided financial assistance to the families of ten police officers and firefighters who died while serving and protecting the residents of this great state of Illinois.

As our organization has evolved so too has the need for further promotion, development and expansion of our cause. In response, I am in hopes that would consider becoming a donor and/or sponsor of this noteworthy organization. Currently the IPPFA Remembrance Fund is in the midst of planning two Raffle events for 2013. Each raffle will coincide with an IPPFA Conference, where there will be up to 1,100 attendees. These attendees consist mainly of active and retired police officers and firefighters throughout Illinois. All proceeds will go directly to the IPPFA Remembrance Fund and all donors will be recognized at each event. Learn more...
